Sorry, but shifting the date to the 15th does not really allow most
folks to share Valentine's Day with family/significant other, as
they'll probably have to travel the 14th anyway to make the
starting date of the 15th, assuming the conference starts in
the morning as oppose to evening.  Only those folks close to the
conference location can benefit from this if this is the reason
behind the alternative date....  :(
