Just as a thought, I wonder if Bering's new product (combined hard disk
and CD-Writer) might be of interest.  I don't know if they have any
software to allow you to cut a CD-ROM usable by PCs, but certainly
you can cut one that is usable on the 3000 later.  The only email address
