This is a Unix feature - most password reads that I've seen cannot be
redirected, period.  The MPE version of REXEC doesn't/can't do this,
as I couldn't figure out how to do it.

I do have an in-house version of remshd, but it's fairly tightly tied
into my own INETD port, and isn't easily extricable.  Let me look into
breaking it out, as I did with the rexecd program.
