About middle of 80's HP enhanced Stream command. It can stream with
"at -1" Parameter. This is key of setting daily JOB like sleeper.

This Parameter re stream same job (daily scheduler) same time next day.

The Scheduler Job with combination with HPTIME, HPDAY, HPDATE, HPMonth
you can make daily, weekly, and monthly Job to be stream by this scheduler
JOB.

In scheduler JOB will delay every day, depending upon how may
jobs to be schedule, so reset the time in scheduler when it reach certain
time.
