Maybe.  Dynamic IP addressing sounds like DHCP, and no, the 3000 can't
do DHCP.  It only accepts static IPs in NMMGR.

Dynamic DNS, at least in my book, is binding (no pun intended) the DHCP
server and the DNS server together, so that when you are assigned an
IP, a DNS entry (forward and reverse) is created as well.

Dynamic IP/DNS can also be tied to network address translation.
