Kyocera printer driver and Reflections.

We have several Kyocero printers we installed.  Everything seems to
print to them fine except WRQ.

 

We have reflections 7.0 and the print screen function appears to be
having problems.  Sometime we get landscape when we ask for portrait.
We get tiny print and multiple copies(100) when we ask for one.

 

It does not happen all the time.  We tried using the old HP printer
drivers. No luck.

 

Anybody solve this problem.
