The presence or absence on the SCREEN statement of the LOCK FILE or of LOCK by
itself does not alter the behaviour of the resulting screen.  Neither does the
presence or absence of the PRIMARY qualifier on the file statement.

I know that there must be a way to upate thsi file from QUICK because I wrote
screens in the past that do, but not directly in the manner I now wish.
