Thanks to all those who e-mail me back.  The consensus from you and HP was
that the HP928 HPSWINFO.PUB.SYS file showed I was running MPE/iX 5.5 pp6.

But running nmmaint,77 showed that the 100mb card drivers were not installed
at the factory.  I had to install the subsystem tape twice (first time it
failed) and then reinstall pp6.

I found it interesting that when talking with the HPRC, it was mentioned
that the 100mb card is still new technology for the HP3000 and they are
still having software install problems for the drivers.
