Hey folks:

Let's look at this objectively. The economy grows and shrinks on how we
spend our money. With the bulge in the population moving through their late
30's to early 60's and lots of money to spend, any fool could have been
president and looked good. Clinton proved that. Anything a president does
today, short of placing cash in our pocket immediately, will not show in the
economy for years to come. The effects of the environmental terrorism and
extremism that were allowed to take place these last 8 years will not be
nationally felt for a few years, but we will all be hurting.

Wirt alleges that folks are pushing for vouchers because of the fear of
modern scientific teachings. Not so. Folks are pushing for vouchers
because private schools, religious or not, require accountability for
actions and demand a higher level of respect for others. (Sure, you can
find exceptions.) Public schools in the larger cities are allowing the bar
to drop in nearly every aspect. Private schools are raising the bar. Why
should my tax dollars go to teaching my children something I personally
despise? (If I don't like a particular product, I don't buy it...)

We could go on and on, but that is not what this list is for.

Flame suit on...

Pete

As you slide down the bannister of life, may all the splinters be going your
way!
