The number of log files in your system has grown to exceed the file limit
of the temporary file used by CONSLOG to process the files. As a
verification delete 10 of the oldest log files and try it again. Then
you'll need some scheme of keeping the number of 'on-line' log files to a
more manageable level.

I've been using the interex conslog program for years on my
HP939ks, 6.5 system. however this past weekend i started
receiving the following error in my job stream. so i tried
to run it manually and received the same:

CONSLOG xl 1.11 (c) 1991 The Boeing Company - March 12, 1997
                      ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

END OF FILE (FSERR 0)
*** error encountered in LISTF to CLGFN temp file ***
*** there are no log files on disc ***

I've checked and i've got a slew of log files in pub.sys.
I would delete a bunch, but until i know whet the problem is,
i don't want to take a chance.

any suggestions?
