Now I get it: TurboIMAGE is causing HP untold grief and customer "issues".

Feeling guilty because, as I write this, I continue to invest my time
and attention into making TurboIMAGE even more of a win-win proposition
for hp3000 users, I remain

Baffled by "marketing",
