Ray, thank you so much for your response.
 
Everyone uses the same version of Reflection (version 12) and all of them  
have exact same brand of Dell with Windows XP (all of them installed by same  
person).

Have you tried setting FFT to Always?  Is the  version of reflections the
same on this problem PC as the others?  Is it  connecting via the same
protocol as the others? - usually VT-MGR.  If  nothing seems different, I
would probably try uninstalling the Reflection  software completely,
rebooting, and reinstalling it.
