Here at the City of Moses Lake, we had the board go bad in
our 937..... had the machine for about 13 years (87) when it
went. Probably why we are still on this platform. Just got
a new A400.

Well the hardware works great, however you didn't get the 937 in 1987. In
1987 you might just barely get the very first 950's off the line. We got
our 950 in Feb 1988 and went live in June 1988 after testing versus our
series 70. After the 950,955 family came the 925,935 family followed by the
922,932 and then finally the 9x7 family. In fact my Jan 1, 1989 HP3000 and
HP9000 Computer Systems Price Guide shows the 950, 955, 925, 935 as the only
MPE/XL systems. The 9x7s are shown in my 3000 (9000 now removed) price
guide of July 1, 1991.
