When I used the listed link using Netscape 4.7, I got a partial "404 Error" and
part of the web page. After looking at the source, I found the ftp url to
download the word document. When I tried to look at the .doc file after the
transfer, Norton AntiVirus said it had a "W97M.Ethan.A" virus, so I deleted it.
That may be why you had a problem with the file. Better check your system to
clean out the virus! Chris shouldn't send out virus infected files.
