Future Power, based in Santa Clara, CA, has as its parent
the Korean company Daewoo.

The provided URL shows only the Future Power machine.
For a look at both head-to-head, try

(Note that the above link was published before Apple's suit,
though there is a discrepancy between the date implied by the URL
and the actual text of the article; the actual date of appearance
was the morning of the 30th.)
I'm afraid I don't understand the subject line of the post,

Copying Apple's distinctive design -- even as far as having 5 colours --
to confuse the general public?
