WRQ had a demo cobol program they distributed with Reflection years
ago called COBDEMO that would get the file name from the user then
start PCLINK2 on the HP.  We use it in a menu program which runs
other jobs to process the file after the upload.

I don't know if WRQ still distributes the program.  You might call
them.
