How about a lockword on the command?

Also, any user with OP or SM capabilities should be tightly controlled.

          I have users at the ci prompt, and some of them are
        able to type....What do you think they try first?

          If this was put into MPE there would have to be a
        way of vetoing it, and not just an "are you sure?"
