***PLUG ON, I guess
Hi John and other 3000-L readers,

As John put it, HP may be "totally out of the picture" now, but that is no
reason to go it alone. There are several companies, mine included, that have
excellent, knowledgeable HP 3000 experts available on a 24x7 basis for our
customers. The same level of top-notch support is still available for your
HP 3000, often at lower prices than you used to pay HP.

There is no reason to go it alone, or to put your mission critical systems
at risk. I encourage you to talk to one of the fine HP 3000 software support
companies about getting on support, or talking to your 3rd party hardware
maintenance company about adding software support, if they offer it.

Sincerely,

Steve Cooper
