The problem is probably not restricted to your databases only.

Have you recently added or changed your volume set configuration?

Where does the database's root file reside (listf,3)?

What does "dstat all" show?

What does "volutil: SHOWSET set_name dstatus" show?

Answers to the above questions will probably give you a clue to the
cause of the problem.
