This morning it was open to searching, but the "SR" category (service
requests) checkbox was replaced by "a blotch" which you could not
select.  I got no SRs back on my search, needless to say.

Sounds like they're having some serious troubles.  Or MAYBE getting
ready to make some major change for the better?
