OK, Enough!
Is there an Administrator for the list? If not, why don't we appoint
Joe the "Honorary
Administrator" so that he does not feel that his requests, refereeing,
suggestions, hints,
etc need to be couched in such language.

Now if people object to the idea of an administrator then simply use
the initials - Joe
Geiser, HA.
