ONC RPC on MPE?

Does ONC RPC exist for the MPE environment?  We have a library that uses ONC
RPC that we would like to port to MPE.  If ONC RPC is not part of the standard
MPE environment, could anyone tell me what software package I have to aquire?
I am not at all familiar with MPE, so please excuse these newby type
questions!
