I just thought of this one, is it even viable? ;-O
(This assumes the second system is a non-critical system.)
If it isn't viable, just consider it as humour:

On System #1 have a mirrored system (with hot-swappable drives.)

On System #2 have an unmirrored system with a User Volume
Set with the same User Volume Set name as System #1
(and the same type of drives of course.)

1) Shut down System #2

2) Remove the discs for the User Volume on System #2

3) De-mirror System #1

4) Pull the formerly-mirrored "secondaries" off System #1

5) Insert the ones removed from System #2 into System #1

6) Re-mirror System #1 (this will let them re-sync)

7) Insert the ones removed from System #1 in System #2

8) Start System #2

Alternatively, if you REALLY, really trust automatic
resynching of mirrored volumes, perhaps steps 3) and 6)
could be skipped.
