You may want to look at VESOFT's MPEX/3000 capability (I assume you have it on your system).
Just type HELP ACD at % prompt and you should get 10 or so topics on the subject and how MPEX can help you manage ACDs.
If you are also interested, our GUI3000 can provide some of the ACD information in File Explorer window and let you manage ACDs from point-n-click type of interface.
