If the keeper of hp3000-L is unable to make the case to his
management on this, think of how many other SYSADMIN's
will be unable to roll this big rock.  I have two suggestions:

(1)  For users who have or about to be bitten by this "gotcha":
Please pre-submit a question on the web on this subject for
the IPROF-98 management roundtable coming up later this
week.
