We are looking at getting a package that is written in VB and uses
     Oracle on the backend, which will be on a HP 9000.  Can someone give
     me an idea of the cost and type of tools available for database
     management and program development?  I assume that ODBC can be used,
     but what about the Designer/2000 stuff from Oracle?

     any input is appreciated.  Feel free to reply privately to avoid the
     bandwidth on the list.
