In case this is of interest to anyone:

We did our upgrade from 5.0 to 5.5 Tuesday evening. Installation went
fine, however, response time decreased drastically, 5 minute jobs taking
30 minutes to run, etc. HPRC used Glance to find that our ICS value (in
the CPU detail area) had climbed to a consistent 15-20% instead of 5%
and under with occasional peaks to 15-20%. Their suggestion was to make
sure all our transceivers had SQE set on. Sure enough, when we switched
on the SQE on one of our DTC's, the ICS value dropped immediately.

Can anyone explain why 5.5 is so much more sensitive to the SQE setting?

Also, thanks to the HPRC for a quick fix.
