ugh...I worked on a PICK system once also.  At a law firm.  I think the command
I used was
called 'TANDEM'.  This allowed the system manager or operator to see exactly
what the other
saw and typed on thier local terminal.  As well as giving the person issuing
the command control
over the terminal.
