Ray Shahan asks:

>Does spooler space require contiguous allocation anymore? If yes,
>does copying/dscopying a spoolfile require contiguous space?

A quick LISTF,2 on OUT.HPSPOOL reveals several spoolfiles with multiple extents, so I would say that the answer to both questions is "no". After all, since the inception of the native mode spooler, spool files are just files.
