As far as I know
PCDETAIL.PUB.HPOFFICE
is used to download the information required by MSMAIL en CC-MAIL and
HP mailpackages for converting/uploading/downloading files from/to HP
Opendesk
FILETYPE.PUB.HPOFFICE
contains the definition of supported filetypes on MPE/IX; like 1617 is
used for WordPerfect, 1167 is used for text etc.
CONVERT.PUB.HPOFFICE
is used to define the appropriate conversion HPWORD-Tekst etc

I know there are problems with the current implentation of CC-Mail.
Maybe you should give OD-GUI a change. e.g. the folder problem is
solved ! Aldo your gateway can cause problems !!
Maybe you should give the HP reponse center a call
