EXACTLY!

I complained a while ago on different channels but it still looks alike that CSY
doesn't have the money to convince the OpenView/MeasureWare group to adopt
Scope/iX to MeasureWare Agent features like for NT or Unix flavours ...

I'm still happy that LaserRX works without significant problems so that I can
access the data without additional CPU consumption to prepare an extract and
without wasting N/W bandwidth by ftp'ing a BIIIIG file on Unix to analyze via
Perfview.

I will be happy if this will be changed soon so that Perfview on Unix (or in the
worst case on NT) will be made capable to read Scope/iX data directly!

Best regards, Andreas Schmidt, CSC, Germany

Subject: Poll: LaserRX or Perfview

I just had to rebuild PC at work and the last product installed was LaserRX.
Curiosity is getting the best of me and I thought I would ask to see if
people prefer Laser/RX, Perfview or perhaps some 3rd party product.

Personally, I prefer Laser/RX. The biggest reason is that I simply must
have access to the performance data that resides on the HP/3000 without
having to download it to my PC. Laser/RX provides this, Perfview doesn't.
