Of course, the cost of all these nice security features
will make flying too expensive for many of us, and solve
the problem nicely....since I can't afford to fly,
I won't be on a plane.

Policemen are often killed with their own guns....putting
Sky Marshals on planes just provide a group of terrorists with a source
for a gun.

If people are willing to die, it is very hard to stop
them from doing bad things...all we can do is minimize
the damage, and then go after the root cause.

Each commercial plane should have 2.  Maybe 1 in the 1st class area, the
second should/could be disguised as a flight attendant, this way one would
always be moving about the plane.
