I'm not sure I can add to what Bill, Stan, and I have already said.  I
agree with both of them.  There are certainly cases where SCOPE or
FORECAST or others are justifiable.  Just keep in mind two important
facts: 1) the collection of the data is not free, and in some cases
quite expensive, and 2) the collection of the data alters the data you
are trying to collect.  I have seen multiple instances where the only
real conclusion you can make from looking at one month's worth of
SCOPE data, is that you cannot afford to run SCOPE.  Wouldn't it be
nice to have a graph of your heart rate and blood pressure throughout
the day throughout the month?  What if I told you I have a device to
do that?  The only drawback is you have to carry it on your back
always, and it weighs 30 pounds.
