Mickey,

1) Browse to the address indicated in the banner below.
2) Click on 'Join or leave the list (or change settings).
3) Click on 'login with your LISTSERV password' (shown in read).
4) Enter your email address + password and click on 'Login'.
5) Scroll down to 'Topics:', clear the check box for 'Ot' and click on
'Update options'. (you can also change other options at this time).
6) Close your browser or click on 'Back to HP3000-L home page'.
