After *&*&% up the config file, it seems to work fine.  On the performance
side the older version on glance showed a usage of 0.2-0.5% CPU time for
each connection regardless of any real I/O (for 50 users this really adds
up).  Now it is less than 0.1% (the min. glance reports).  The 512Mb
discfree helps too.

Just go my patch tape.  I will try to install during lunch.
 As a side note last week the response center indicated that 4 people had
requested the patch.
