Hmmmmmm.  I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me that most software is 
"licensed" not "sold", and as such, usually has a clause in the 
license about not re-selling the software (only makes sense since 
you don't own it).  So, I would be very careful about buying or 
selling software like this in the business environment.
