I'm not sure, although you will generally need a second language to
implement data move-in/move-out.  I contributed the source code for
some Pascal/iX routines to do this to the Interex Contributed Software
Library.  The routines (with both source code and NMOBJ file)
can also be found at:

and then look for "PTRUTIL" (in MOVER, LZW, and uuencoded-LZW format)
