Been a while since we spoke, I would confirm that the NSCONTROL
START;OVERRIDE works, this will 'ignore' some of the mismatch issues, i
would guess and say at some point you attempted to recover from a CSLT on a
different system, and brought in a 'mix' if you will of NET.SYS

alternative would be to purge @.NET.SYS and restore from a known good backup,
