Peter wondered...

Visit www.apache-ssl.org and www.openssl.org to find information on
Apache-SSL and OpenSSL. Out of curiosity, I have played with it on
MPE/iX quite a while ago. It seems to build from source with fairly
minor adjustments for MPE/iX. Well, at least it did at that time ;-)

You should keep an eye on the ReadMe files and docs at the web sites
as there will probably various issues with licensing, patents and US
export restrictions... Seems like SSL and other encryption software
is much more a lawyer's issue than a technical one.

Lars.
