to create their Higher Education Consulting Practice.
 
They will:
 
--Project manage IT strategy and planning projects, helping higher education
  institutions align strategic needs and technology investments.
--Advise institutions on system selection issues.
--Project manage the design of high value systems, identifying business
  requirements and applications.
--Recruitment of staff.
--Specializing in student information systems and financial systems.
--Emphasis on strategy and planning issues.
 
Heavy initial travel and business development. A start-up situation which
will lead to partner in 2-3 years.
 
BS, MBA nice, 10-20 years exp. in higher education IS environment(s) or
consulting. Must understand consulting and higher education systems.
