It appears that "test" is not a valid job stream, beginning with a JOB
statement.

BTW, secure the dickens out of this. Have the mainframe user id be as
limited as possible, so that your 3000 cannot be as easily compromised
from the mainframe. I have our remotely initiated ftp jobs run under
another ID, that only has CAP: NA,NM,ND,SF,BA, and some of those are
because this id in turn ftps to another host. I also secure the file, so
that the user who initiates the job can only execute it, but cannot read
it.
