This is not hard to do. In fact, you could use the SendMail utility on the
e3000, point it at an SMTP server (email post office), provide it the "To:"
and "From:" address and accomplish this very thing. I've it from the 3000
when I worked at a Fulfillment House. The outbound email acknowledgements
for orders needed to have a specific "reply-to" address in case customers
wanted to ask Customer Service a question and frequently that address was
even in a different domain.
