Ask them to break and :showme, and derive the starting time accordingly.

I discovered this to SOLVE a helpdesk problem... with our user load (100+)
and relatively small working set of common applications, we have in the
past had to :STREAM;AT= some job to replace an object module in the wee
hours of the morning, or else run everybody off the system so we can make
the object replacement.

The new Posix toys allow me to make almost real-time fixes, not next day.
And as someone (Jon?) asked, my rm/mv scheme isn't the only way; perhaps
a safer method is to mv the original to another name then mv the new one
in place. I'll have to look to see if the performance monitors show the
original or mv'ed filename for old users (I don't have Glance, but can
check Sysview).
