Let's call it the consumers fault for being so dumb or shall we call it Microsoft's fault for being so greedy?

What would you say Jim if HP decided not to ship you the FOS, SUBSYS, SLT or CSLT tapes anymore? Just send you ldev1 preloaded. If
you had to do an install or update or replace ldev1, no problem! Just send the disk back UPS ground insured, wait 6 weeks and receive it
back by UPS ground. At which point the HP service guy would come out in 3 days and install it for you.

I think there would be a revolt that would make the Compaq merger look like a lawn party and you would lead it!  (You did note that M$ didn't
try that with Win2K server? All the various UNIX sellers would eat M$'s lunch because we the pros won't stand for that crap).
