Many moons ago the 'STREAM' command would fail if the user or account had a
password and said password was *not* included in the job card.  Then things
got changed and when in session, the user would be prompted for the
passwords.
 
Is there some variable setting to revert back to STREAM's old behavior?.
 
We have an application that used that behavior of the command to bring up a
VPLUS form for additional information.  The *new* behavior splatters the
prompt on the currently displayed form, confuses the user,and causes the
wrong data to be entered.
