Simple Password Question

 I need to get into an area that I have not ever been in and I am trying to
find the password.  Logged on as Manager.sys I can get the User and Acct
passwords but I do not know how to get the other password.  I believe that
it is a group?  I am trying to logon as MGR.AMERICAN,DATAP and I have the
password for mgr and american but not for datap.  Thank you in advance for
any help.
