Hi I'm Simone Ongaro from Italy.

I've a problem when I try to start the ARPA service with the command
ANSTART ARPA

The error message returned is

(ANUtil): Error - 31997
Starting ALLBASE/NET listener for ARPA

The MPE/iX version is 5.5 express 4
