Thank you. This may indeed be the problem.
Our TZ is currently set to 5:00 W and our system clock is not
adjusted for DST, in other words as I write this the local time
is 15:48, the HP system time as shown by both the
SHOWCLOCK and SHOWTIME commands is 14:48. We are
physically located in the Eastern Time Zone and we decided
many years ago not to change system times to accommodate
DST. Is the HP3000 applying the DST correction anyway?
How do you turn the feature off if it is.
