You have this on a written document, and the product is not Y2K compliant?
Are there detailed plans on paper as well (like a delivery date)?

I can see the lawyers now --- which is why when I just renewed my E&O cover
(Errors and Omissions Insurance), there were four pages of questions on Y2K
alone.  If any were answered YES, your premiums quadrupled!  The insurance
companies are stockpiling cash now, to pay the soon-to-come judgements.
It's enough to keep me away from Y2K work and lay it all at HP and
Microsoft's feet, and not have to charge our clients $300 to $400 an hour,
just to cover the insurance premiums!
