I believe verison 10.0 and later of NetBase permanently changes the
XL List on every NM program you run on your system.  As a result I
avoid this version, since this interception mechanism cannot be made
to work with all of the possible ways of using XL files and shared
data.  It's also irritating that if you move a program that's ever
been run on a NetBase 10 system somewhere else, it still has these
XL references in its XL List.

You should be able to see this with a :VERSION command or the LISTPROG
command in LINKEDIT.
